How to get The Grinder running on Tomcat
- Add the Grinder Web application (the contents of
Grinder/web/edu.ucsc.Grinder.Grinder/) to/projects/sysbio/apps/java/tomcat-5.5.20/webapps/Grinder/ - Add Grinder.xml to
/projects/sysbio/apps/java/tomcat-5.5.20/conf/Catalina/localhost/ - Go to
http://disco.cse.ucsc.edu:8082/manager/html/list - If the Grinder isn't listed, click on
List Applications - If the Grinder isn't running, click on
Start - If the Grinder still isn't running, check the logs at =/projects/sysbio/apps/java/tomcat-5.5.20/logs/
